Meet The Team
Aaron Speer & Adriana DeBarbieri met five years ago and are the core of Speer Roofing and Construction in Winter Park, Florida.
Aaron Speer, President of Speer Roofing & Construction, is a Tampa native now living in Orlando, FL. His background in business, accounting and the construction industry helped him become the award-winning manager of a nationally-known Auto Retailer, then transitioned into working for another roofing company. Working in the industry, he noticed how some companies would not keep the client in mind by overpricing and under delivering and made it his mission to set himself above the rest. His primary goal in founding Speer Roofing & Construction was offering family and companies the reassurance of customized affordable sanctuary with the quality they could trust catering to locals of Central Florida. Aaron’s knowledge and passion for the industry is the driving force behind Speers’ outstanding reputation, growth and success. Aaron holds a State of Florida Roofing Contractor’s license in addition to General Contractor’s license. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the most complex projects which has landed Speer Roofing with repeat government contracts, large commercial roofing projects and large private builders in Central Florida.
Adriana DeBarbieri, Operations & Social Media Manager of Speer Roofing & Construction, is an Orlando native graduating from the University of Central Florida. Her 14 year background in Business Development, Human Resources, Marketing, and the Sales industry has helped her brand and build Speer Roofing by hiring the skilled Roofing Crew Teams and Roofing Sales Consultants.
She is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring company’s Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improving Marketing efforts and increases sales by identifying target customers, set clear objectives with engagement and visual design strategy.
Together, building a strong foundation with a core team.
Brad Deverall, Foreman of Speer Roofing & Construction, was born and raised in Orange County, Florida and specializes in wind and hail damage, as well as property insurance claims. He is a big family man, his wife and pups keep him grounded and thriving in Central Florida, he also enjoys the outdoors; fishing and hunting. He has a keen eye for attention to detail for any project onsite. He also is our Drone expert.
Charlie Peters, Project Manager of Speer Roofing & Construction, is a Orange County native working with homeowners of Central Florida. With over 8 years in Construction, he specializes in Storm Related repairs & new construction.
Connor Fortune, Project Manager for Speer Roofing and Construction, is a Volusia County native with past experience in General Construction. He is driven by family and always determined to have a satisfied customer.
Darien Weidler, Project Manager of Speer Roofing & Construction, is a Citrus County native working with homeowners and insurance companies all through the mid state of Florida. He specializes in sales, and storm related insurance claims. He is driven by family, helping people in need!
